Synopsis

Emperor Ming of the Han Dynasty bestowed Ban Chao, who came from a family of historians, the Bronze Swallow Tally, and delegated him on a mission to the Western Regions in search of the secret of immortality and the Golden Buddha which he once dreamed of. Ban Chao gathered together Kungfu masters hidden in the capital, the heirs to the Mo Clan, members of the Thieves' Guild, and the Yelang shaman, etc., in total of thirty-six people to form his squad.
